Job Description:
We are seeking experienced drivers with a minimum of 3 years in the refrigerated trucking industry. The position involves hauling refrigerated goods from Laredo, Texas to Fort Smith, Arkansas, with a weekly schedule of back-and-forth trips picking up in Fort Smith and driving back to Laredo. Drivers will have the opportunity to rest at home every weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a refrigerated truck and transport goods efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of refrigerated cargo.
- Maintain knowledge of refrigerated load requirements and temperature control.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in refrigerated trucking.
- Knowledge of handling refrigerated loads and preservation techniques.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Description:
As a Team Driver, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that freight is delivered on time and in perfect condition. Working in pairs, you will embark on 4-day trips, performing drop and hook deliveries at Amazon facilities. Our operations are dynamic, with locations varying according to customer needs. However, all trips will start and end in San Antonio, Texas, guaranteeing that you always return home after your journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck on 4-day trips, working closely with your driving partner.
- Perform drop and hook operations at Amazon facilities, ensuring a smooth transition of goods.
- Use the Amazon Relay app for all communication, updates, and tracking, ensuring that all job-related information is accessible and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in truck driving or a similar role is preferred.
