We are looking for energetic & enthusiastic people to join Our Hospitality Team this Season! We are a busy RV Resort & Lodge with a Restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch & dinner 7 days a week from 8am-8pm, with Cabins, RV Hookups, and Campsites on property situated in Northern New Mexico.
We are looking for people with a passion for the Hospitality & Tourism Industry, a passion for the Outdoors & Travel, a passion for learning and accepting new experiences and challenges in a remote environment, and the willingness to work hard each day by positively contributing to Our Team, to achieve the shared goal of Exceeding Our Guests expectations and driving revenue!
In this Role, You will be responsible for:
Cooking/Serving/Cleaning Cabins
Responsibilities:
- Cook & Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Prepare and plate food by the methods specified in a timely manner
- Report any food prep/inventory needs to the Manager
- Wash dishes
- Serve Guests in the restaurant during peak/busy times
- Clean Cabins on property during peak/busy times
- Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
- Oversee Guest needs & services, and resolve/report any issues.
Qualifications:
- Relevant 1-year experience is a must.
- Previous experience in food service as a prep cook or cook.
- Previous experience in hospitality and/or tourism.
- Strong leadership qualities and a dedicated work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Ability to Jump In and be a Team Player is mandatory!
Ability to work in a beautiful & remote location mandatory!
Ability to work a flexible schedule during the week, evenings and weekends is mandatory.
