Traveler can expect to receive up to 2-weeks of orientation, based on comfort level.
Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, joint replacement, etc.
Technical Skills required: Efficient computer documentation, Gait speed/TUG/Tinetti/BERG proficient, excellent assessment skills.
13 weeks, possible extension
Shift :8hr Day Shift (40)
Shift Information : 8am start; Monday-Friday with rotation with weekends where required
