Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify a variety of data into databases and spreadsheets
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by performing regular audits and reviews
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all data entries
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data accuracy
- Assist in the development of data management processes and best practices
- Support ongoing data entry projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all confidentiality and security protocols related to data handling
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management software
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
