Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and documentation
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
- Provide support to project managers in tracking project-related documentation and communications
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to positive client experiences
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
