This role follows a hybrid model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively to team members and internal functions
Work closely with Sales Team and Marketing Coordinator, Sales Productivity Representative, Technical Service System Specialist, and events coordinators
Monitor and delegate technical service cases recorded in Salesforce to the proper team and Field Technical Sales Representative for prompt resolution
Provide timely and accurate information to team members and internal functions
Provide support in case resolutions including tracking of complaints, product replacements, customer letters, shipping materials and equipment and others
Support coordinating Field Technical Service activities such as on-site training, customer events, trade shows and others
Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks.
Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations.
Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.
Assignments may be found in various functional areas.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organization skills
Microsoft Office proficiently required (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Salesforce and Power BI experience is a plus
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or G.E.D. with 1-3 years of customer service, admin assistant or similar background
