Job Summary:
The role of Growth Manager focuses on promoting Nila’s eldercare services to the Indian diaspora in the United States & Canada.
The ideal candidate will have experience in community outreach, working closely with diaspora organizations, associations, and individuals who care for elders back home. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in building relationships, community engagement, and sales in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition through targeted sales and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with Indian associations, community influencers, NGOs, and other key networks to expand Nila’s presence among the NRI community
- Nurturing relationships, building brand loyalty, and engaging the diaspora community
- Manage a team of promoters to ensure effective outreach
- Position Nila as the preferred eldercare partner for the Indian diaspora in the USA
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Community Engagement
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Experience in business development and launching new initiatives
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and work across teams in different markets
- Fluent in English and Conversational in an Indian Language (e.g Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu or other)
- Must have strong networks to the NRI community, or have the ability to build them quickly
