About the role:
The Nordics Partner Sales Director position is a leadership role that will help define and shape the next stage of Kong’s GTM partner channel. Focus will be on driving incremental revenue via the full partner ecosystem (channel, technology, GSI and Cloud partners). As the PSD, you will directly impact Kong’s bottom line by driving sourced incremental revenue. What you'll be doing:
Tightly align with the NEMEA sales leadership on strategy, execution and GTM plansAnalyse market dynamics to ensure successful partner coverage that supports the Field Sales Team’s initiatives and successResponsible for cross functional strategy alignment (marketing, support, CX, etc.)Continual review of the GTM strategy to address market and industry changes
What you bring to the team:
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goalsExperience driving GTM activities across
all partner types (Channel, Tech, Cloud, GSIs)Existing relationships with key partners (specifically national VAR/SI such as WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.)Passion for driving net new, sourced business via the partnersSuccessful execution in a multi-task, high velocity environmentStrong communication skills
