Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.
We are seeking an Primary Care Physician to work at Clementine Lake Oswego in West Linn, OR.

Responsibilities Include::
- Admissions, to include H&Ps.
- Participate in Discharge Planning.
- Round weekly.
- Document promptly and properly.
- Attend to minor, acute complaints.
- Consult with referring physicians to manage chronic conditions (e.g., IDDM).
- Order transfers when indicated.
- Participate in light telephone call rotation.
Qualifications::
- Unencumbered Arizona medical license (MD or DO).
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in a Primary Care discipline (FM, IM, EM, etc.).
- Hospitalist or Critical Care experience is preferred, along with comfort in an outpatient setting.
- DEA privileges.
- Collaborative personality, as interacting with other physicians and other disciplines is necessary.
