We are looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity for employees living in the state of Texas! This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage receptionist-style calls while assisting with administrative tasks.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively contact customers regarding license plate pickup and other necessary follow-ups.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support various departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote work environment.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset, always looking to enhance the customer experience.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and office software.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
