Job Description
The Copywriter is responsible for creating content that could be used across a Consumer Care communication channel. He/she write or review content for websites and for direct communications between the business and their customers.

What you will do in this role
As a Copywriter in our team, you will :
- Check briefs from clients to ensure that the scope of the project is clearly defined, and the outcome is identified
- Refer, sometimes contribute to, Consumer Care communication guides to ensure that all content is consistent and respect the brand messaging and global consumer care guidelines
- Review and or create communication guidelines for all contact channels (Script for Email/Webform, Script for Inbound/Outbound, Q&A Tool, Troubleshooting tool, Tone of voice for Social Media or Livechat)
- Re-writie and update information on websites and in company materials (Q&A tool, knowledge base, FAQ…)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Copywriting / Content Creation
- Previous experience in Consumer Care/Customer Care is a plus
Candidate's profile
- English language - C2 level
- Understanding the correct use of language
- Understanding search engine optimization and best practices for online writing
- Editing and proofreading their own work and that of others
- Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing including using hashtags, emojis and acronyms
- Consumer-oriented mindset
- Great interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proactivity
- Self-organized
