A company is looking for an HR Data Entry Specialist to support their National Human Resources and Talent Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mid-volume data entry tasks
- Conduct high-volume review of job description content and formatting audits
- Analyze job requirements and create prescreening questions efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 systems
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Experience working in HR or with HR information preferred
- Familiarity with HR systems, such as Taleo, is a plus
