Expected salary range of $135,000 to $150,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for the coordination and development of all forced, planned, and refuel outage schedules, with a focus on activity, logic, resource, and constraint input into the scheduling tool. The Scheduler will successfully develop and maintain accurate schedules throughout development and execution, by working with peer Schedulers, Specialized Team Leads, System Engineers, and Outage Specialists.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports Develop and maintain forced and maintenance outage plans. Coordinate the detailed schedule and outage plan development for outages to ensure technical specification compliance and maintain shutdown safety in a manner consistent with station procedures, processes, and goals
- Develop work windows and assist in creating contingency plans, by working with Leads, Engineers, and Planners.
- Facilitate scheduling meetings for the purpose of pre-planning, implementing, and critiquing schedules.
- Participate and provide oversight of horizontal schedule reviews and vertical slice reviews
- Provide direction to all departmental planners, schedulers and specialized teams for the outage plan and schedule preparation and execution.
- Perform HIT and Focus team tracking provide oversight of effectiveness
- Coordinate risk screening per OU-AA-101-101
Minimum Qualifications
- Current or former SRO license OR · SRO Cert with 7 years of overall plant experience 4 of which is scheduling experience
- Experience directing operations activities or planning / scheduling maintenance resources in at least one refueling outage
- Personal computer (PC) knowledge · Intradepartmental communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Maximo and or Passport and Primavera scheduling software
- Critical Path scheduling Method knowledge
- Scheduling Tool knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Shutdown Safety Program knowledge
- P-6 experience
