SHIFT: 7A - 5P
Number of Beds - 41
Number of Staff – current estimate of 15-20 therapy staff daily between disciplines (PT, OT, SLP:
Type of staff:
Day Shift – 1 OT needed; (current staff of 3 OTR’s, 3 COTA’s)
Patient Ratios – Carry up to 6-hour treatment load; 8 hr shift
Type of equipment – Knowledge of ESTIM, patient lifts, ADL equipment, gym equipment, IADL’s
EMR – Meditech Magic
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Current OTR licensure
BLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Setting
Lymphedema Certification
Neuro certification/experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Evaluation and Treatment
ADL’s/ IADL’s
Best personality Fit:
