Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs, including learning, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. As a Special Education Teacher, you will adapt general education lessons to meet the needs of students with mild to moderate disabilities while also teaching core academic subjects and foundational skills to students with severe disabilities. You will foster an inclusive learning environment that empowers all students to succeed.

Experience/Requirements:
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information.
- Excellent communication – verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsive to requests.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance.
Education/License/Certification:
- Bachelor of Science from an accredited college/university; Degree in Exceptional Student Education/Special Education preferred
