Job Details:

Pay: $ per week (to be updated)
Positions Open: 1
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Variable
32 hours weekly guarantee
Home Health contract with paid drive time and mileage.

Requirements:

Active Unrestricted MN License
BLS by American Heart Association - required
Must have at least 2 years experience
Must be able to provide 3 supervisory reference
