Job Title: Case Manager • Registered Nurse • Days
Seeking a dedicated Case Manager • Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract role, requiring a 40•hour weekly commitment. Shifts run from 8:30am•4:00pm, Wednesday to Sunday on an alternating schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Manage high volume of cases, including patient transport
• Handle adult patients aged 18+
• Oversee case management and utilization review
Qualifications:
• Active CA RN License
• BLS Certification
• LA County Fire Card
• 1+ year of Case Management and 2+ years of RN experience
• Inpatient and utilization review experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast•paced environment
COVID•19 vaccination required. Facility located in Los Angeles, CA, provides full PPE and on•site parking. EMR system used is Epic. Required scrub color is Royal Blue or Navy Blue.
