We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting ASAP at a skilled nursing facility in Ohio. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has a 90% productivity expectation. If you're interested in this position one of our recruiters can work with you to obtain the appropriate state license.

- Monday - Friday, day shift, 32 hours per week guaranteed
- Rehab Optima experience preferred
- Less than 1 year of experience required / New graduates will be considered
- SNF experience preferred
