Some clinics have PTAs, but they have their own caseload so they don’t assist with the PT’s schedule that day. We do not have aides. 2-3 week ramp up period before having a full caseload. 1 on 1 treatments initially before adapting to the overlapping schedule.
See terms below:
- Any overtime must be approved by their manager beforehand
- Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers and perm employees.
- If census is low or PT has cancelations, expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to make sure they hit their guaranteed hours for the day/week. Examples of things we have had providers do are: helping the front desk, calling patients, filling paperwork, cleaning up, etc. If they do not want to help out in order to hit their GTE only actual hours will be billed/paid.
- Any RTO that is not confirmed needs to be approved with manager 30 days prior.
- 2 week notice for client/provider
- If clinic is closed/closes early or has delayed start due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed.
