What You’ll be Doing

Focused on achieving revenue quotas through product and service recommendations, you'll enhance and build relationships with customers as you identify and develop new business opportunities that support our growth goals. Whether it’s qualifying leads, initiating contacts, or resolving a unique business problem, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your sellers’ portfolio. Build, manage and maintain strong, long-lasting seller relationships by championing the sellers’ needs.
- Collaborate with the Account Management and Category team to identify cross border trade business opportunities and develop strategies to execute them successfully.
- Business analysis and growth: Conduct deep-dive analysis to develop and execute business plans with existing sellers and/or identify new opportunities and areas of improvement to exceed GMV goals.
- Understand the ecommerce ecosystem, respond to seller’s requests, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to reduce selling frictions.
- Create, manage, and present performance reports and knowledge training for sellers and vendors regularly.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years working experience in customer success or account management in international or regional markets.
- Experience within digital, eCommerce and/or technology industries; specializing in Parts & Accessories industry is an advantage. Creative mindset to overcome objections and is committed to achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, while also working well in partnership with colleagues and organizational leadership.
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Business proficiency in verbal and written English.
