Reporting to the Director of Ancillary Services, the Hospital Occupational Therapist will work with patients of all ages to assess patients’ therapy needs after injury or illness and determine appropriate treatment plans. The Hospital Occupational Therapist will supervise all occupational therapy exercises and will work with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate the patient's plan of care. The Hospital Occupational Therapist will be instrumental in patient success and will help guide patients on the road to recovery. The Hospital Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive patient care and educate patients and their families on communication strategies and exercises to support the rehabilitation process.
