Short DescriptionIn collaboration with the Director and IR Manager, plans and implements management and operational strategies, goals, and objectives appropriate to Interventional Radiology operations. To create consistent engagement with IR technologist, nurses and radiologist, the supervisor shall foster and adhere to a collaborative team driven culture. Oversees, organizes staff schedules and evaluates assigned technologist in specific areas or shifts in IR. IR Supervisor Interviews, hires, disciplines, and makes authoritative recommendations with regard to discharging staff. Oversees and ensures adequate supply are available for interventional and therapeutic procedures.
Performs interventional procedure when necessary.

Education RequirementsBachelors preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
License/Certification RequirementsARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist)
Current BLS.
NJDEP license
Special RequirementsHealthcare Experience
