Our client in Alaska is in need of an Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum assignment!
Job details:
- Start Date: Mar 2025 - Ongoing
- Needing coverage 7-10 days per month starting in March 2025.
- We are looking for family medicine physicians to cover emergency medicine and hospitalist services
- There is only one physician on at a time for 12 hour shifts (8a-8p or 8p-8a, depending on needs)
- Call back is infrequent
- We do not offer routine obstetrical care or have a labor and delivery department.
- There is no outpatient clinic associated with the role
- EMR: Epic
- Level 4 trauma
Job Requirements:
- BC/BE: FM, EM
- AK license active - REQUIRED
- ACLS, PALS & ATLS with Trauma component certification - REQUIRED.
- Clean Background/malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
