Seasonal Contact Center Agent (Remote)
Hourly Pay: $13/hr. (Non-Exempt)
Itinio, a division of Brandt Information Services, is on the hunt for dynamic individuals for an exciting seasonal opportunity during peak months for our Reservations Contact Center to assist in supporting Parks & Recreation clients. Our team is looking for friendly individuals to provide enthusiastic customer service over the phone as well as email and web chat, to both the public and our clients from the comfort of your own home!
Candidates must be available to work between the hours of 9 am - 7 pm EST.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, text, and email requests from the public for booking camping, cabin, tour, permit, and day-use facility reservations.
- Provide visitors with information about park locations, amenities, pricing, facilities, tour schedules and area attractions.
- Make reservations and assist with travel planning for guests.
- Make follow-up calls to customers requesting assistance by email or web chat.
- Provide User help-desk assistance to reservation system users.
- Assist with fulfillment mailings and administrative duties as needed.
- Participate in location visits to enhance job/position knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with and support other team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and data entry.
- Knowledge of parks, camping and outdoor recreation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to develop working relationships with customers and client Users.
- Confident computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems while answering calls
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to share the schedule to support weekends and early evening shifts.
- Internet speeds of 10Mbps or higher (must be able to demonstrate during interview process)
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Workspace free from distractions, excessive noise, and interruptions.
