radiologist to serve as Chief, Division of Pediatric Radiology within the nationally regarded Russell H. Morgan Department of Radiology and Radiological Science.
The incoming Division Chief will report directly to the Chair of the Department of Radiology with Johns Hopkins, Karen Horton, MD. We are seeking a recognized leader in pediatric radiology who will bring a respected clinical, research, and education background. The incoming Chief will have the leadership skills to inspire and lead the faculty and trainees within the program. The department is seeking a candidate with proven leadership ability who will provide dedication to their tripartite mission of patient care, education, and research.
In addition, the incoming Chief will display an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and education with their leadership of this growing division.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Doctor of Medicine with current DEA or DPS, and ability to obtain Maryland license
- Ability to join at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor with Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine
- Fellowship Trained and Board Certified in Pediatric Radiology
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working in an academic children s hospital and/or a school of medicine.
- Leadership, whether as division leader or a faculty member who has taken on leadership duties with your current organization.
