Join a Thriving and Fast-Growing Jewel in the Southeast! As one of the fastest-growing cities in the region, the community is in need of additional Orthopedic surgeons in the area.

Type of Role:
- Seeking multiple subspecialties: Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon, General Ortho, Hand Specialist, and Total Joint Surgeon.
- Opportunity created due to upcoming retirements and expansion in Moss Bluff.
Practice Highlights:
- Part of a team with 5 established Orthopedic Specialists.
- Supportive recruitment environment with collegial peers.
- Modern facilities attached to a hospital for seamless patient care.
Call Schedule:
- Maximum of 7 days of call/month. (Estimated 5-6 in coming year)
- 1-2 weekday calls after hours, one weekend call (Friday-Sunday).
Practice Potential:
- Increasing patient volume with 3,100 office visits/day in 1st year, 4,300+ in subsequent years.
- Growing procedural demand: 400 in 1st year, 500+ thereafter.
Facilities & Resources:
- Full-time clinic operating Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. Autonomy in schedule.
- In-house ancillary services including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI.
- Total staff: 40 FTEs with a supportive mix of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Compensation & Financials:
- Employed position with competitive salary.
- Incentives based on wRVU production.
- Comprehensive billing and collection system in place.
- 90th% earning potential
Benefits:
- Relocation Allowance: $12,000.
- Signing Bonus: $25-50K BOE.

- CME Allowance: $3,000 + $1,500 for professional expenses.
- PTO: 27 days (15 vacation/5 CME/7 holidays).
