About the Opportunity:
- Setting: Medical Clinic
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 days a week)
- Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
- Patient Population: Adults
Responsibilities
ThePrimary Care Physician will be responsible for:
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Performing in-office procedures, as needed
- Handling other duties, as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care role/setting
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New Hampshire
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based Primary Care
