Job Details
RN PCU/Telemetry position at Barberton Campus, Summa Health in Ohio.Must be willing to float between units.Requires 2+ years of RN experience.RTO due at the time of submission, maximum of 7 days.No block scheduling requests accepted.Solid Black Scrubs are required.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.Must provide and carry a valid government issued photo ID.Nursys license verification required within 30 days of start.Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis.Must provide proof of MMR vaccination or titer.Hepatitis B vaccination or titer required.Influenza vaccine required by 11/7/23.2 Negative PPD's or Neg Q-Gold/Tspot required.Varicella vaccination or titer required.TDap vaccination within 10 years of start.
Unit Specific Information
Unit specific competency exam required, passing score needed within the year of start.
Additional Details
Must provide copies of exams needed within the year of start with a passing score of 80% or higher.Negative 10 panel drug screen required within 30 days of start.Background check required within 90 days of start.Ohio FBI and BCI Fingerprint Attestations required within 12 months of start.
