Looking for Endo RN 5 8 hour shifts, Mon-Fri. Hours are 7am-3:30pm. On call requirements are 1 day a week from the end of shift at 3:30pm-7:00am. And one 48 hour weekend call every 4-5 weeks, depending on staffing 7:00am Sat till Mon 7:00am. Need to be able to circulate and assist during procedures. Scope reprocessing is a plus but not required

Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Attestations not allowed. Needs to be rerun every 2 years with RN license renewal & upon expiration. Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license.Clinical Only: Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start. Only needs to be done once upon initial hire. This is not an annual requirement.Competency Exams for the relevant department. Must score at least 80%. To be complete within 1 year prior to start. Copies of exam required. Attestations not allowed.80% passing score required, Completed within 1 year prior to start. HIPAA, Joint Commission-NPSG, OSHA Topics. CORE 1, 2 and 3 must be uploaded. Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form. Preferred, not required.Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date.
