Job Description:
The College of Health Sciences is a looking for a Program Coordinator II to manage the Physician Assistant Studies Academic Residency Program. This position will report directly to the Department Chair and will have regular interaction with faculty, staff, students, and residents.
Primary responsibilities will include recruitment & admission to the post-graduate residency program, support to the residents, program administration and educational support.
In addition to being detail-oriented, the successful candidate will exhibit strong customer service skills, excellent verbal, and written communication, and have proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word; ability to prioritize; and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
The PA department is excited to be one of the first to develop an Academic residency program in the nation and we are looking for a staff member who wants to be part of a team that works to increase access to health care for all Kentuckians through our training program.
