Job Description
This role involves answering inbound calls in relation to general enquires for credit/debit card. The primary responsibilities include providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues that may arise with clients' accounts or services. which could range from account discrepancies to technical difficulties with online banking platforms.

About the Role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative and be the first point of contact for our valued banking customers. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support, helping to resolve enquiries and issues while contributing to the overall success of our customer-focused team.
What You'll Be Doing
Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Offer detailed and accurate information about our banking process, procedures and products, including debit and credit cards.
Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Foster a positive team environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building positive rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle enquiries.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is highly desirable.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Role Details
Start Dates:13th of Feb 2025
Position:Full-time and stable opportunity
Salary:$27.17 per hour + Super & regular performance-based incentives
Training:2 weeks of classroom training, Mon-Fri, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Availability:After training, from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on a rotating roster; penalty rates for Saturday shifts from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
