Job Description:
TIAG is hiring a Human Performance Advisor & Product SME to join our team in support of a significant technology deployment for the U.S. Army. This is a hybrid role, with frequent onsite requirements at Fort Bliss, TX.
TIAG is partnered with CoachMePlus, a provider of human performance management platform technology (i.e., athlete management system), to deliver that capability to the Department of Defense (DoD) as Warrior Performance Platform (WP2).
The United States Army has selected WP2 as the digital delivery system for the Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) program, which is being deployed Army-wide. We are seeking an experienced human performance professional with technology platform experience to work with Army stakeholders and team members to execute the initial multi-site deployment effort.
The successful candidate will have specific subject matter expertise across one or more human performance domains such as physical fitness, sleep, nutrition, spiritual wellness, and/or mental resilience. The candidate must also have demonstrated experience using and preferably fielding technology in support of human performance initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Providing on-site support at Fort Bliss and other military installations and partner locations
Becoming proficient in the use and configuration of the CoachMePlus / WP2 platform
Designing platform implementation specifically for success in the U.S. Army and/or broader military context
Designing dashboards, reports, and other visualizations based on data collected within the platform
Serving as a liaison to platform customers, stakeholders, and end users
Providing training, demos, and troubleshooting support sessions
Generating/curating content (e.g., tips & tricks, informative articles, motivational text, instructional videos, etc.) for distribution through the platform
Collaborating with military officials, industry stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand requirements, provide progress updates, and address inquiries related to the effort.
Collaborating with software developers to convey customer requirements
Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity restrictions and best practices
Developing formal deliverables (status reports, visual analysis, research outcomes)
Identifying potential risks and issues and implementing effective strategies to mitigate them.

Required Experience and Abilities:
Expertise across one or more human performance domains such as physical fitness, sleep, nutrition, spiritual wellness, and/or mental resilience
Experience working with human performance technologies, such as wearable device technologies and athlete management systems
Previous experience working with the DoD, ideally with the US Army
Willingness to become proficient with the CoachMePlus / WP2 human performance platform
Ability to write clearly and create appealing visual content
Demonstrated ability to work remotely and function within a geographically distributed team
This position may necessitate a government security clearance, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is required
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Relevant coaching or practitioner certifications, such as NCSA CSCS and TSAC-F
Experience with data analytics / data science / data engineering programs and initiatives
Understanding of human factors, cognitive psychology, and behavioral analysis
Work Location and Travel:
This is a hybrid role, with periodic to frequent on-site support at Fort Bliss
Occasional travel to other locations or project team meetings may be required based on customer demand
Non-local travel is reimbursable up to approved government thresholds
