We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a Rotating Shift schedule (3x12 hours per week) in Ketchum, Idaho. This role is perfect for a highly skilled nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby care, who also brings strong management or supervisory experience to the team. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide expert care in the Mother/Baby and Labor and Delivery units. Manage and assist with deliveries, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby. Supervise and mentor nursing staff within the unit, utilizing your management or supervisor experience. Ensure the appropriate advanced fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS, and NRP procedures are followed during labor and delivery. Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure the highest quality of care during the birthing process. Utilize Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient EMR for accurate and efficient documentation. Oversee the day-to-day operations and provide leadership in the absence of management, ensuring smooth functioning of the unit. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby care. Certifications: ACLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required. Licensure: Active ID RN license. Management/Supervisory Experience: Management or supervisory experience required. Must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities in a clinical setting. Charting System: Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient EMR experience required.
