Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters: 7RN Case Managers, 5 Social Workers, 1 Case Management Assistant
Night Shift – 1 Social Worker for ED coverage only
Patient Ratios – RN: 1:25, SW: 1:40
Type of equipment – Work Stations on Wheels (WOWs)
EMR – Midas, Meditech, Interqual, and Care Port
Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – Y
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Travel experience
