Requirements:
-Must have at least 12 months of Hospice RN experience within the past 3 years - required
-HCHB experience : required
-OASIS experience : required
-Active OH or Compact RN License, and BLS – required (in hand at time of submission)
Additional Details:
Territory: RNCM duties are in greater Cincinnati only
Length of Contract: 8 weeks
RNCM works M-F 8am-5pm, and will be on call every other weekend from Friday at 5pm through Monday at 8am.
This position will need to rotate on call every other weekend covering both the Cincinnati and Dayton locations for on call.
