Temp - Leadership - Director of Clinical Services (Days) Pittsfield, MA Assignment Location: Hillcrest Campus, MVNA - 165 Tor Court, Pittsfield, MA Submission Requirements 5+ years progressive and versatile nursing and management experience required Demonstrated experience in leadership, problem solving, team building, budgeting and coaching. Knowledge of home care operations preferred. Experience in preparing, monitoring and enforcing budgets and staffing patterns. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field preferred. Valid Driver License required for this need/Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance Acute care experience preferred Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and NON-NEGOTIABLE BLS 422760
