A health services network in Vermont is currently seeking a licensed Physician to join their Primary Care team at one of their nursing homes in Barre.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- EMR: PointClickCare & EPIC
- Setting: Nursing Home
- Patient Volume: 8 to 12 patients per day
Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing high quality care to elderly patients in a nursing home setting.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Geriatrics
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a Nursing Home and/or similar setting
