- Schedule: 1-2 weeks/month; M-F 8a-5p with possible call rotation
- Practice Setting: Hospital, inpatient/outpatient
- Patient Volume:20ppd for outpatient
- Beds: 189
- Special Procedures: Surgical requirement - preferably yes but can consider outpatient only
- EMR: Cerner
- Requirements: WV License, DEA, BLS, ACLS
- Credentialing: 40-60 days
