We care for adult Hospice patients requiring an acute care setting for symptom management. Roughly 50% of our patients pass away while on the Unit and the other 50% are discharged to home after their symptoms have been successfully managed.
Our Unit also cares for Hospice patients needing Respite level of care. On any given day, there will be a mix of Acute and Respite level of care patients.

Years of experience REQ: 1 yr
First-timers accepted: Yes
Shift: Days 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)/Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
Certs REQ: BLS
Open to accommodating block schedule? NO
RTO Restrictions: 7 days max
Charting: Epic, previous EPIC experience preferred
Note: Local candidates are accepted on the lower bill rate.
