- Level 3 Trauma Facility
- Approx 2 patients per hour
- EMR EPIC
- No Call
- Active NY License, DEA, AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, AHA PALS, AHA ATLS, clean file, 24 months of case logs, immunizations
- Rate starting at 250/hour + lodging, mileage, malpractice provided
