We are seeking a board-certified Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician in Florida for a full-time position focused on innovative kidney care delivery. We are working on an amazing opportunity and looking for physicians in Florida who are board-certified in palliative medicine. This is an innovative company based out of Nashville, TN and focused on changing the way kidney care is delivered.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.
Must live in Florida and be board-certified and licensed in the state.
Must have the ability to conduct patient visits via phone and in person in patients' homes.
Must have local privileges at a hospital. If you have connections to a local hospice, that is a plus.
