Registered Nurse (RN) position in an Adolescents Unit at Brattleboro Retreat.Start date is firm on 2/10.Works with a multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.Provides clinical supervision of Mental Health Workers (MHW's) to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.Focuses on helping patients develop and maintain sobriety while managing co-occurring psychiatric issues.
Job Requirements
5 years of experience as an RN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months).Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume.Must have pediatric/child/adolescent psych experience listed in resume.Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts.Resume with psych experience and age groups listed is required.Psych skills checklist (within the last year) is required.2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment are required.
Schedule Information
RTO cannot exceed 7 days.Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
