The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for:- Providing advanced practice nursing care to the End Stage Renal Disease patient population, which includes patients with chronic kidney disease, dialysis and kidney transplant
- Coordinating recipient evaluations, post-transplant follow up and scheduling of transplants
- Managing transplant patient care as well as providing care to the dialysis population preparing for transplant
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams necessary to deliver safe and attentive care to the patient population.
- Working 30 hours per week, three 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday (no weekends no holidays)
To qualify, you must have….- A current license to practice in the state of MA as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 3 – 5 years of inpatient nursing/PA experience
- 1 year of NP experience preferred
- Autonomy, flexibility and Self Directedness
**Sign-on bonus of $3,750.00 for part-time (30 hours) NP hires (who have not worked at BCH in the past 2 years.)
