We are seeking Full Time Customer Solutions Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and sales support over the phone. This position will start on March 17th, 2025.

What You Will Do:
- Answer 60-80 inbound calls per day, providing a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with order concerns, tracking, product-related inquiries.
- Confidently ask the right questions and research solutions to resolve concerns.
- Work with internal teams (Transportation, Drop Ship, Order Verification, and Technical Support) to provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed customer records in our ERP system.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to improve service.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Customer-first attitude and passion for helping others.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, professional tone.
- Self-motivated with independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a quiet, private home environment with wired high-speed internet and phone connection.
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!
A few other things to know:
- Start date: Monday, March 17th.
- Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM during your first 10 weeks of training.
- After training, shifts are: Monday-Friday between 10 AM - 7 PM (flexible start times).
- One weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) every 4 weeks (with days off during the week).
- Holidays as needed.
