The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Providing administrative support for 2 SVP’s within the IT Organization
Proactively anticipate work needs of the leadership team supported
Scheduling and supporting on- and off-site meetings, video conferences and teleconferences and making necessary arrangements to set-up meeting space
Creating and/or compiling meeting materials including agendas, pre-read material, presentations, surveys, and meeting summaries. Briefing on items for consideration
Support organization employee engagement activities
Interpreting and administering corporate policies and procedures
Performing administrative duties such as coordinating travel, managing calendars, reviewing and routing incoming correspondence, database management, tracking and monitoring budgets, and preparing reports
Suggests and implements improvements to office and department procedures, methods, and quality goals
Experience handling confidential, sensitive business information and supporting executive level professionals
Other Duties as assigned by leader
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND 4 years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function secretarial, and/or clerical role.
OR
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (eight) years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, and/or clerical role.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities
Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
Expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained through administrative certifications such as the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
Experience with financial and employee data systems such as SAP, Workday, Concur expense reporting, etc.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
