As the Manufacturing & Labs Site IT Director, your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities critical to our success: You will be at the forefront of integrating innovative technologies and digital transformation within an evolving environment. Your leadership will ensure flawless operations and compliance, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement strategic manufacturing automation and integrated lab initiatives to support business objectives.
- Lead a team of manufacturing and lab IT professionals, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Ensure flawless integration of manufacturing and lab systems across a sophisticated landscape.
- Maintain strict alignment to industry standards and regulatory requirements while driving improved system performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local and global teams to determine and prioritize technology needs.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project goals within established timelines.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Coordinate cybersecurity measures to safeguard critical infrastructure and data.
How will you get here:
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. A master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing or lab related IT roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- Good understanding of manufacturing automation and lab systems integration and architecture.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and encourage teams.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
