Shift: Days / 7a-7p (12x3) 36 hours per week, every other weekend as needed
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- KY License
- 2 Years Experience
- MS Experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- Acute care/ some rehab skills/experience preferred
Other Details:
- Float Requirements: 1 to ACU prn- Light ICU with no vents
- Number of Beds: 16 MS 2 ACU
- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Equipment: standard
- EHR: Medhost
- Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult with geriatric mix. No peds
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Lower level acute, subacute rehab
