- Shifts are randomly assigned by a scheduling tool and cannot be requested
- Shift times are:
- 7a-3p
- 7a-5p
- 7a-7p
- 3p-11p
- Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
- Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
- Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Hospital bed size: 317
- Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience.
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Board Certified CRNA
- License required: AZ License, time to license
- BLS or ACLS Required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
