Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1 year Mammography technologist experience, Relevant Equipment.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the NYSDOH and post primary certification in mammography issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
- Current AHA BLS
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO

- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
