Overview:
Compensation / Benefits
- $33.87 - $55.31 depending on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $2.50/hr.
- Night differential $3.00/hr.
- Weekend evening differential $5.50/hr.
- Weekend night differential $6.00/hr

Norman Regional Health System Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a 25 bed Level III unit with a Neonatal Ground Transport Team. We focus on family-centered care. We have 5 Neonatologist on staff. Responsibilities:
- Supervises the activities of a unit(s) under the directions of the Director or the Manager.
Qualifications:
Education
- Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Experience
- Three (3) years minimum experience in specialty area of assignment.
- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
(above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensure / Certification
- Must have current Oklahoma Nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
